Background

I designed SnapShip for a client who wanted a fast, user-friendly delivery app that does more than just sending parcels. The idea was to create a platform where users could ship packages, receive deliveries, and even purchase items from specific shops, all in one place. The goal was to make the entire process smooth, efficient, and hassle-free.

Challenge

One of the biggest challenges was ensuring that the app wasn’t just another courier service but something more valuable. Users needed a way to buy and send items from select stores while ensuring a smooth experience for both senders and bringers (couriers). Another challenge was handling multiple delivery requests efficiently, so bringers could pick deliveries that suited them best.

Solution

To solve this, I designed a clean, intuitive interface that makes sending and receiving parcels effortless. A "Buy & Deliver" feature was introduced, allowing users to purchase from listed shops and get their orders delivered. The app also includes a smart request system where bringers can choose the best delivery requests, giving them flexibility. Real-time tracking and updates were also implemented to ensure transparency and trust in the process.
